Comments: Hi, I have two chinchillas called Chichi and Chika and Chika gave birth on valentines day! However, when the baby (who I have called Hope) is outside of the sleeping box, Chika seems to bite it at the rear end. I don't know if she is just being protective or if she is harming it. Please help.

Throughout my extensive searching online for information on these cheeky cute animals, I haven't seen anything that lives up to the standards of this website. Not only is it informative and helpful but the owner is very helpful, kind and willing to help if she can. So I'd like to say a VERY big thank you for all your help so far.
